RECENT TRENDS IN INDIAN TELEVISION INDUSTRY

Well for India, television industry is one of the major medium of entertainment leaving behind any other medium out there whether it is an Radio, Newspaper, Magazine or Books.
With over 1 billion population it is no-brainer that this industry is booming and its also one of the main reason that all the shows or serials in this case are quite creative and are adapting to changes as fast as they can.
Indian television has come a long way since the invasion of satellite channels.
With over more than 100 channels out there variety of contents provided to various kind of population having different religious views to an certain situation or content which the television industry is offering.
Well this is just an overview on the matter but when looking deep into it, you'll come to realize that its way more complicated than it seems.
So speaking of :Trend" here, the television industry has to make sure that its content does not offend any religion, caste, sex, or any belief that individual may have.
Taking into all of those in consideration the television industry stays on top of entertainment  medium
and keeps providing the contents that Indian population thrives on for entertainment needs.

TREND NO.#1  (THE GOOD TREND!)

If you take a look at previous decade Television shows it was very rare that social messages and awareness were shared but these days, the content providers have started this trend that they will share proper message to educate the people and thereby setting of example in Television show itself.
example:... TARAK MEHTA KA OOLTAH CHASHMA started giving real awards those who contributed towards the Swatchh Bharat Yojna and took initiative towards it and thereby increasing the fan following as well as admiring and setting up an good example of how good society can be.

TREND NO.#2  (THE BAD TREND!)

I do not intend to offend but these recent trend where the superstition or supernatural genre is created purposely for the sole purpose of getting TRP's
example:... one of the most popular show Sasural Simar Ka has been creating false stories or in a way getting too superstitious where the two entities collide in form of good an bad giving its viewers an wrong sense of hope towards unknown entity i.e God or Demon

TREND NO.#3 (ADVERTISING)

In terms of advertising on television the trend has been on the increase . Whereas the rates have not really been increasing. With the increase in the number of consumer of television programming over the years, major companies have realized that the exposure offered to their products via television is crucial to their sales and also with the increase in revenues offered to the television channels from various advertisers the general trend has been noticed that the time spent on commercials has been on the rise over the past decade or so.

TREND NO.#4  (TECHNOLOGY)

With changing technology there is no doubt that the whole industry will have to adjust.
Sticking with old technology would have taken down the industry long ago but it didn't because it keeps on evolving.
example:... Television show like Balveer, Hero came into existence because of changes in the animation tech. industry and providing such conte
nt can be risk as well because possibility of it getting rejected is there but people loved these changes and it became a trend.

TREND NO.#5  (REALITY SHOWS)

These reality shows on the television not only thrill us, but also strike our emotional chords. On the other hand, competition based reality shows provide opportunity to people from all walks of life to showcase their talent and rise to fame.

And as time will change I'm very sure that our Indian television will keep on evolving and will definitely reach at its best and I wonder when that is going to happen till now Peace!!!!!

Escaping reality

Why would someone want to escape reality ! Sounds dumb doesn't it but you'll still what could possibly make someone think like that and even if someone does escape reality where would one want to go? When one has no idea where they should go but want to escape in the very phenomena which is responsible for their sole existence but if I think deeply maybe I don't want to exist. I ask myself that and answer always ends up in someone else's fault but why should I the one paying price after all even if i want to escape reality, does that mean that no happiness or anything out there can fill the void which i feel inside me! Sure there are wonderful things out there which provides the happiness in self but there also comes a time when all of this falls and I told to myself "Its a stupid thought, chill after a while everything will be fine and all you'll care about is going out and having good time its only for short time. Its just 'cerebrospinal fluid' in h...

Movie Review(SHUTTER ISLAND)

Well I have always been a fan of psychological thriller. That rage of moment, chaos in your head after figuring out the whole thing and for minute movie throws you into kind of void where you're just like wow! Well this was the movie which got me like never ever before. According to me its one of the best psychological movie I have ever watched. The story follows a detective from the start and the protagonist character is played by none other than Leonardo diCaprio whom you might also know as the guy of trolls where he struggled for Oscar. The detective is sent on a case of one patient who escape from the Mental hospital which is located on an island. The atmosphere throughout the movie is tense and unsettling. Slow as it may be, but it is crucial to the movie and it's genuinely gripping. As the story continues the viewer is set on kind of an adventure where we feel and get confuse as the character in movie faces challenges. Mark ruffalo being an sidekick gave an importa...
